About inneed10

I need help finding funds to help me and my 3 children move by the end of the month. I have been out of work for 3 years due to major kidney surgries, and have since been evicted from my home. I have a month to find a place, which I have done, I just need some help getting a down payment together. I have found a job, and if I work full time I can pay the bills at this new place...any ideas?

House loans for low income people-fha loans

Here's information on FHA loans.  These loans are for low income people so they can own their own home too.  The loans are insured by the federal government, have low downpayments, and low monthly payments according to your income.

Here's the link for full information on these loans:

About mommaof6lilones

Where should I begin? I am a mother of 6 kids who has been married for 8 years. Everything in my life was perfect in my eyes until August 2006. At which that time our home burned to the ground, we lost everything but we were all okay. In January 2007 I lost my mother who just celebrated her 42nd bday. She passed b/c of her obesity and cirosis of the liver. Due to the stress of losing my mother I went into labor and had a 2lb son on Feb 7th 2007 who has as of now been through 13 surgerys and came very close to death a few times. In April 2007 my stepfather passed away at the age of 46 due to a heart attack, In may of 2007 my father passed away at the age of 48 due to a heart attack. The year rounded out losing my great uncle, uncle, great aunt then Grandma in December of 2007. Between all the funerals and the house burning down my family has not yet been able to financially recover. We have been living in a small trailer with holes in it for two years now. I was told if I didnt lose weight I would be down the same road my family was. I do not have any insurance and no way to afford the surgery that doctors say is the only way going to get me where I need to be. I do not have the transportation to be able to haul all of my children around with me. My wishes for my family are to be able to get them in a home that they dont have to worry about getting rained on every time it rains, being able to have the transportation to haul them around, and being able to afford to buy them something nice. I also wish that I would be able to get the weight loss surgery so I can be around for many more years.

About faithxrose

I'm a single adoptive mom.  In 2004 I became a licensed foster parent. Shortly after, a nine year old girl was placed in my home.  I was asked the question "If this case plan changes to adoption, would you consider adopting her?"  Without hesitation, I said yes.  In June of 2006 this little girl became my daughter when I finalized her adoption.  She is not so little anymore, because she turned 13 years old this year.

I would like to open my home and my heart to another child in foster care.  But first, I need to get a home.  I'm currently living with family, because I faced some financial struggles in learning to be a single parent.  But I am rebuilding financially as I am starting a new full time position with a new build early child hood eduction center.

I've already found an available home in a safe neighborhood as a lease with option to buy.  The owner is very open to working with me by allowing me to pay half the deposit upfront, along with the first month lease payment.  But I need $2500 to get into the home.

I've been searching the internet for a grant of some kind which I would qualify for.  I need a grant for this deposit, because I will not qualify for a traditional loan until I do some credit repair.  It is very difficult to find legitimate information about grants and no credit check loans without causing my email inbox to be full of Spam mail.

If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.  I don't know if I'm allowed to ask for donations here, but if anyone would be able to help me with the $2500, I would be willing to set up a monthly payment plan with you to pay the funds back.

Thank you for your consideration.

About My_God_Will_Supply

We are a loving couple, with a big dream, to buy a home that we can open to foster children. As an adoptee myself that suffers with infertility, my heart longs to offer a home to children in need. I especially want to be able to bring in Autistic or other special needs children. In order to make this dream come true, Scott and I have set down with a lender and found that a few minor past due bills from our credit report are hindering us from this dream. Although we have been able to pay a few of them, we have had set backs from car troubles which hinder us from completing the payoffs by our goal date of October 1st, 2008. The bills that we would like help with total just under $2,600.00, however payment of even one of the bills would be a GREAT help! Please consider us, as not only would this be helping us to get closer to getting a home, but it would help by opening up a home for foster children as well. I am willing to meet with, and discuss our plans, as I have nothing to hide. I will gladly allow you to write the check directly to the creditor, and even give you a letter of proof that this was a gift to help a family in need. Perhaps your gift could be a tax write off. Maybe you attend a Church that would be willing to allow you to help us through them. Anyway that you can help would be wonderful!! Any little bit helps. If you would just like to send us something via PayPal, it can be sent to my_god_will_supply@yahoo.com. Any amount will be a blessing and will be put towards our goal. God Bless and thank you for reading my request.

Eternally Grateful,

Sherri

Bills that are holding us back:

decent housing needed

I'm looking for any help I can get to enable myself to find and secure a home in a good neighborhood for myself and 2 young children. I'm starting my own business right now so,as in all new beginnings, I'm very limited on money at this time.

new home

I am a single mother of two young girls. I receive support, somewhat consistently, for one of  my children only. I'm having difficulty in finding a decent home in which to raise my girls that I can afford on my own.I am also at this time, looking into starting my own daycare so that I can return to the workforce creating income to support ourselves on without having to pay for daycare for my own two children. ANY HELP WOULD BE SO GREATLY APPRECIATED. I have felt trapped for some time now and just need some help to get out from under my financial dependance upon my own parents and my daughters father-(combined, we manage to just get by while we all three share a room at my parents house.)
